Password Tips
You can create a unique passphrase that meets industry security standards. With strong passwords and DUO Multi-Factor Authentication, you no longer need to change your password every six months.
If you’re having trouble setting a new password, please follow the steps provided. There isn’t additional information needed—most issues occur because the new password doesn’t meet the required criteria. Make sure your password follows these rules:
-
Length: At least 12 characters and no more than 30 characters.
-
Uniqueness: The password must be different from any previously used password.
-
Security: Avoid common words or patterns; use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for stronger protection.
Set it once and forget it!
